This website is operated by Kevin Lester, the public identity of an advisory practice conducted through SkyBlue Africa Advisory (Pty) Ltd (Reg. Data subjects in Canada, Chile, Peru, Angola, Namibia and Zambia are protected under POPIA, which substantially meets the obligations arising in those jurisdictions.

This website does not operate a contact form. Personal information enters the practice only through the following routes, each of which operates under its own privacy framework:

  • Beyond Dispute — where a matter requires formal mediation
  • Trusted collaborators engaged on a specific mandate, under appropriate confidentiality obligations

No personal information is sold, rented or disclosed to any other party without the data subject’s consent, unless required by law.

6. How long we keep it

Personal information is retained for as long as the advisory relationship requires it and for the period required by applicable law or professional obligation thereafter. Information relating to enquiries that do not result in an engagement is deleted within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the enquiry.

7. How we protect it

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction. Given the nature of the practice, personal information is handled with the same confidentiality as the advisory work itself.
